Scenic Hills Alternative Care has been providing superior health care services to meet the needs of elderly and disabled clients since 1992. Our quality services and highly-skilled medical professionals enable residents to feel well-cared for, comfortable, safe and at home. We wish to be attentive to every need and to nurture the respect, honor and love that every human being deserves. Our mission is to assist individuals in maintaining their health, dignity and independence.

Our company offers a refreshing alternative to traditional nursing home facilities. For individuals who need assistance with medication management, activities of daily living, support for mental health needs and other specialized medical services, we offer 24-Hour Assisted Care. Scenic Hills currently operates eight private homes, serving 4-5 residents at each site in private or shared rooms. The homes are beautifully decorated and more importantly, are staffed with caring professionals who work to meet the individual preferences and medical needs of each resident. Scenic Hills has partnered with Bluestone Physician and Nursing Services to provide expert and personalized care. The doctors and nurses round at each location so they are able to really know and understand the resident and their individual health care needs.

Contracts and Licenses

• Contracted as 24-Hour Customized Living/ GRH with Ramsey and Washington Counties 
• Registered as Housing with Services through MDH 
• Each location is licensed as either Corporate Foster Care or Board and Lodge. 
• Class F Professional Home Care License through Minnesota Department of Health  
• Contracted as Home and Community Based Services provider to serve waiver clients including CADI, TBI and EW.  
• Scenic Hills also accepts private pay clients.
