Queens Ave: Lakeland/Woodbury

  • PT (11:30 am-8:30 pm) every other weekend; 9 hours per week.

We are also looking for a floating CNA who is able to train at multiple locations and provide short-term fill-in hours.

Your job will include most or all of the following essential functions:

  • Activities of Daily Living: for all residents in your house, which may include: bathing, oral care, denture care, and cleaning of all equipment. This will also include adjusting residents while they sleep, using EZ Stands, moving and/or twisting regularly, and lifting 50 or more pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made in certain circumstances.

  • General Cleaning: which may include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, doing dishes, laundry, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and any other household chores asked or assigned to you.

  • Activities: You will be responsible for interacting, socializing, and assisting residents to remain physically and mentally active.

  • Cooking: including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, depending on shift and the house you will be working in.

  • Medication: includes passing preset medications to residents and maintaining visual contact with residents while they take their medications.
